B/S/T Global Rules Apply to All Sub-Forums In Addition to Sub-Forum Specific Rules

If you see any post/thread that does not meet any of the following requirements or violates the following rules, report the post/thread. Do not deal with that user.

Post Requirement:​
You must have a minimum of 50 posts to sell within the marketplace. These posts cannot spam, they must be legitimate posts. If you do not meet this requirement, your posts will be removed.
Proof:
All users selling or trading must provide picture proof of the item(s) that include the item(s) that are up for sale/trade with a piece of paper next to the item(s) that has both your username & 4inarow written on it. When selling JTAGs and RGH consoles, you must also provide pictures of the physical wiring or pictures of the device running a homebrew application. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the locking of your thread. To have your thread unlocked, report it with the updated proof. All pictures provided must include this method of proof / piece of paper.
A video is considered valid proof if it meets the previously mentioned criteria.
Low quality images that are illegible or do not accurately depict the item(s) will not be considered valid proof.
When offering to sell/trade item(s) in the W/T/B section, you must provide valid proof at the time of the post. Failure to comply will result in the removal of your post.

Items Not Permitted (Unless Approved By Staff):
The sale an item(s) that is not currently in the possession of the seller, is not permitted. This includes any "Drop Shipping" services. In rare cases, these forms of services may be allowed with staff approval only (see staff approval section).

Virtual Item sales are not permitted. The following are examples of such items:
Accounts. This includes the following, but is not limited to:

Xbox Live/Gamertags
PSN
Runescape
Netflix
Steam
Spotify
YouTube
Subscription Codes. This includes the following, but is not limited to:
Xbox Live
PSN
Netflix
Spotify
iTunes

Various Virtual Items. This includes the following, but is not limited to:
MSP
VCC's
eBooks
Warez
Web Hosting
Programs/Product Keys
In-Game Mods
Social Media Services (Likes, Followers, etc)
Illegal Items. This includes the following, but is not limited to:
Credit Card Information
Stolen or Illegally Obtained Accounts
Xbox Key-vaults
Burnt Discs or Loaded HDDs
Modded .ISOs
Social Engineered Items
Off-site Links (Craigslist, eBay,Kijiji, Amazon).

Bumping & Spam:
You are only allowed to bump your thread once every 48 hours. Daily updates on pricing and items will be considered bumping. Failure to comply will result in the locking of your thread for 48 hours. It will be your responsibility to report your thread to be reopened after 48 hours has passed. Repeat offenders will have their thread removed.
You may not create multiple threads for selling the same items. For example, creating a thread for selling a JTAG in both the B/S/T main section and also in the JTAG section would not be allowed.
Having other members post in your thread will be considered spam and will be deleted. Posts in threads are restricted to users that are interested in purchasing.
Posts like, "Nice Shop", "Legit Shop", or "Good Luck Selling", will all be considered spam and will be removed.


Staff Approval:
Staff approval for services or sales that would normally violate the B/S/T rules can be issued to allow such services.
This is a special permission and will only be granted in extremely rare cases.
Final approval can only be issued by a Super Moderator or Administrator.
Making Safe Transactions:
Never buy/trade with a user that has not met the requirements to sell.
The number one way of making a safe transaction in the B/S/T, is ensuring that you never send money via PayPal under the Gift option. Always send funds as "goods" or as a "service".
If you were convinced by the seller to send as a "gift" and you were scammed, the first step is to call PayPal immediately. Tell them that the seller would only accept that form of payment and that you did not understand there was no buyer protection. Tell them that the seller is now threatening you. They will allow you to open up a dispute for the transaction.
Always make deals using PM's here on the site. Any discussion that occurs off-site (Skype, AIM, etc) is not considered evidence in the event of a scam.

Scam Policy:
Scamming is a bannable offense.
One-and-done policy:
If you are found to have been scamming, you will be banned. There are no "breaks" for first time offenders.
Scamming is a bannable offense, so it is important to properly report any scams.
